Fran Henry-Meehan

I am an artist, but since my mother and grandmother were both seamstresses. I learned to sew at a very young age making clothing for my dolls. Later, I worked in a dress factory between semesters at art school. This series of monotypes incorporates all that I do from design to sewing to color choice and printmaking.
